Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are handled with careful evaluation. You are eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The item arrives physically damaged, structurally defective, or grossly incorrect compared to your confirmed order.
• You must notify our support team with photographic proof within 3 to 7 days of receiving your shipment.
• Items must remain unused, unaltered, and enclosed in their original protective packaging.

Custom & Bespoke Orders Please note that strictly personalized or custom-engineered items built explicitly to unique customer specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or structurally flawed due to transit issues.

Refund Processing Once your returned item is received and inspected by our workshop team, we will notify you regarding the approval or status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly via bank transfer, mobile financial service, or original payment gateway within a few business days.
